How to find the product I am looking for?

As you will notice in FarAndSoft.com you have a choice of browsers to make it easier for you to surf the Website.

At the top left side of all our pages.
In this field you should type any word related to the product you are looking for.
You will then be shown a page with the articles according to the desired characteristics.

Selection by category:
At the top left side, below the languages selection. You will find your product classified by categories.
By clicking the button you will enter a page with the articles under this category. Once there you choose the type of article you wish to see.

To buy in FarAndSoft.com it is not necessary to register as a client, simply, when you finish your shopping you will be required to give your personal data and the address to which the items should be sent.

Shopping in FarAndSoft.com, is always a guarantee of quality and good service..

Devolution conditions.

1. To call our Customer's service is the first step regardless of the reason for your request.

2. The products should keep their original precinct intact.

3. The article should be perfectly wrapped and ready for its devolution.

The main reasons for which a devolution may be considered are as follows:

The product was served in bad conditions.
Once FarAndSoft.com has received the product a new one will be sent to you.

Another product of the same characteristics and reference number will be sent to you. You will only be charged for the first product, and no charges will be applied for the devolution and mailing expenses for the new product.

Should you want your article changed for a different one all charges will be credited to you.

Should you receive a product you have not asked for, all charges will be credited to FarAndSoft.com
You have received the product as a present.
This may be changed should the precinct not been damaged and should it be in perfect conditions.

Under no circumstances will the money be restored, but we will accept changes for articles of the same cost or over. Mailing charges and the difference in the price will be credited to the person who has requested the change.

FarAndSoft.com will not accept devolutions alter a period of 7 days from the billing date. In order to minimise the costs of the devolutions and only in the case that the reason for sending the product back is the fault of the customer, FarAndSoft.com will charge an amount for admin charges and devolution procedures for a 5% of the total devolution net cost with a minimum fee of 30€.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
FarAndSoft.com will not send any new product unless we have previously received the original item and have verified its perfect conditions and that of its accessories in our store.
